Cancellations must be made in writing. Refund amounts (course fee minus a cancellation fee) are dependent on timing of cancellation. If your cancellation is received more than 14 days prior to the retreat start date, you will receive a full refund of course registration fee paid, minus a $50 processing fee. If your cancellation is received 7-10 days prior to retreat start date, you will receive a refund of 50% of course fee paid. No refunds can be given for cancellations less than 7 days prior.
Please be mindful that last minute cancellations are costly for us. The budget, as well as the amount of time our volunteer staff has committed to each program is based upon the number of people registered.
We reserve the right to ask anyone who we believe is disrupting the retreat to leave.
